![]() ![]() I haven't come to any conclusions, but to make your life more complicated I can give you more options :-): I'm currently in the process of finding a tool for a "personal wiki" of sorts as well. Libre, Open, and Google versions are nowhere near as good in my view. And I also haven't found a good way to share Evernote files very easily but it is an excellent note taking tool.Īnd I tried several types of Office program before settling on MS Office 365 which for me is intuitive, powerful, flexible, and most of all familiar. I know that Google Drive can share files too but I prefer keeping my personal confidential files away from my work files. I haven't tried Dropbox paper but my preferred combination is Evernote for note taking, Google Drive for secure storage, and Dropbox for copies of files I want to share. This is not the case with Evernote because updates make the document newer rather than duplicating. Google docs seems to keep multiple versions of a file, each update in other words, meaning that you get multiple copies of the updated file and have to work out how to pick the right one. This is a productivity subreddit - we know you can find a way to do it yourself!įor me it would be Evernote because of the easy version control. This is not the correct place to be fundraising.
